Bell Canada abuse must stop

Consumers must come together and stop the abuse by Bell. Charged today $1,200.00 in rogue " roaming" fees when data roaming was turned off the entire time of travel. This is not uncommon with the iphone4G and Bell does not care if you are a corporate account or anyone else. The Bell system is designed to maximize their profits while stifling the just treatment of customers by deliberate deception, frustration, call redirection, disconnecting calls and demanding that personal information at every step of a multiple step process be repeated. Complainants are denied access to Managers, no online access for complaints and responses are never received in writing.
My son's phone bill following travel was also incorrect, though not the nightmare mine turned out to be. We purchased a plan for .25 cent texts while traveling and he subsequently charged .75 cents. Prior to this it took 2 months for them to agree to the fact we had bought the student plan at the initial point of transaction. The file I have at home with Bell is about an inch thick and we have been mobile subscribers for only 6 months. Document every call, tape them if you can (for quality assurance purposes)  always record date and time of each entry and always protect yourself by getting the person's ID  number and first name. For obvious reasons, due to their abusive patterns with consumers, they won't divulge last names of staff. Join every possible petition and face group and demand fair and just treatment. When at all possible go with a small reliable service such as Koodo. We have a role in creating this monster and we can only solve it by reducing their size, demanding fair treatment in court, and taking every opportunity to educate others through the media.
If you are unfortunate enough to have a Bell phone plan, remember, never travel with a Bell phone. Rent a phone at the Airport, use Skype or buy an international phone with pay as you go for travel.
